Order Tracking

Once you have placed your online order, you will receive an email with details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one hour, please contact us at (603) 431-7010 or email us at info@arborinnbakery.com;.

Product Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us weekdays between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time at (603) 431-7010. If your product arrives damaged, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package(s). In order for us to process your return, you must retain the remaining product and all packaging materials.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping and Handling

We ship via United States Postal Service. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not Ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Processing

When choosing your desired arrival date and shipping method, please be aware that business days refer to weekdays (Monday through Friday) and exclude certain legal holidays. If your order is placed by 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note, orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Parcel Post

Parcel Post takes between 2 and 9 days, depending on your location. We are located in Rye, New Hampshire so if you are in a western state we do not recommend Parcel Post.

Priority Mail

Your order will arrive 2 to 3 days after it has been shipped. Again, the timing depends on your distance from Rye, New Hampshire

Express

Your order will arrive by 3pm the day after it has shipped.

Local Orders/Pick-Up:

We are located in Rye New Hampshire. If you are local and would like to place a phone order please call (603) 431-7010 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your order will be available for pick up the following business day.
